Reasons For Filing Bankruptcy!!!

      Many people ask themselves the question why file bankruptcy and what will it do for me. The purpose of the bankruptcy laws is to give the debtors a fresh start. Bankruptcy is not for everyone. For some however, it is the only practical avenue open to stop lawsuits, foreclosures, creditor harassment, seizures of personal and bank garnishments. If you are worn out, mentally distressed and/or depressed from receiving telephone calls from your creditors, and collection agencies representing these creditors, bankruptcy may be your only practical option to stop these actions.
